You can delete your HomeServicesIT account, and everything in it, from inside the app. This page explains what happens when you do. You don't need to install anything to read it.
Deletion starts the moment you confirm. There's no undo and no grace period.
Everything tied to your business: customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, contracts, the photos and files on your jobs, photos homeowners sent with quote requests, mileage logs, crews, saved routes, calendar blocks, and your business profile. Your sign-in goes too, along with the sign-ins of anyone you invited onto the account. If you connected Stripe, the link between your HomeServicesIT account and Stripe is removed.
Stripe keeps its own record of the payments you took. That's Stripe's data under Stripe's terms, not ours, and deleting your HomeServicesIT account doesn't reach it. Your Stripe account stays yours. Close it from Stripe if you want it gone.
