The service
HomeServicesIT is a business management platform for home service professionals: scheduling, customer records, estimates, invoicing, photo documentation, and customer portals. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Subscriptions and trials
New accounts start with a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at $29/month, billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your settings page; cancellation stops future billing and your data remains available for export.
Your data and your customers
You retain all rights to the data you enter. You're responsible for the accuracy of the customer information you store and for having the right to store it - your customers are your customers, not ours. Keep your login credentials and crew access codes secure.
Acceptable use
Use HomeServicesIT to run a real service business. Don't use it to send spam, store unlawful content, or attempt to access other users' data.
Liability
HomeServicesIT is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we are not liable for business interruptions, missed appointments, or data loss, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We may update these terms as the product changes; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
