What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. Everything else in your account is what you put there: your business details, customer records, job schedules, photos, estimates, and invoices. We also record basic usage data (like landing page visits) to understand how the product is used.
How we use it
Your data is used to run your account: showing your schedule, generating your invoices, and powering your customer portals. If you use AI-assisted features, the relevant text is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate that one response; it is not used to train models. Your HomeServicesIT subscription is billed through Stripe, and emails you send from the app are delivered through Resend. We do not sell your personal data or your customers' personal data to anyone.
Customer portals
When you share a portal or a job view with your customer, that customer can see the service history, photos, and invoices you've chosen to share with them - nothing from any other customer or business.
Storage and security
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage) and encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to your own signed-in account and the crew logins you create.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your records at any time from inside the app, and you can email pettigrewlabllc@gmail.com to request full deletion of your account and all associated data. We may update this policy as the product changes; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
