Jobber charges by the seat. This does not. Here is what the same crew costs on each, and how to bring your client list across.

Jobber is $11 a month cheaper at this size. Worth knowing before you move.
Their prices as published on their pricing page, checked 2026-09-04. Prices move. Check theirs before you decide anything.
Two exact cases where Jobber is the cheaper answer, so you do not have to find them yourself: at two people, Core plus one extra seat comes to $68 against $79 here. And if their marketing tools or their app store are what you are paying for, none of the arithmetic below matters. From three people up the gap opens and keeps opening.
Crew logins come with the plan instead of being charged per head. Hiring your first helper moves you up a plan here; on a per-seat product it moves you up a plan and then keeps charging.
Every line carries its cost, and the quote shows what you keep before you send it. Not a report you run afterwards, when the number can no longer change anything.
Upload the client CSV you exported and we map the columns ourselves. Open balances come across as unpaid invoices, so your receivables are there on day one instead of in a spreadsheet you keep beside the app.
Everything you put in can be exported again. Nobody should have to think about that when they sign up, and everybody thinks about it when they leave.
Export your customers from Jobber, upload the file, and we work out which column is which. Their column names are ones we already know, so there is usually nothing to match by hand. You see what is new, what you already have and what the file repeats before anything is saved.
Rather not do it yourself? Email the file to pettigrewlabllc@gmail.com and it will be in your account. That is not a plan feature and it is not going to become one.
Yes. Export your clients from Jobber as a CSV and upload it. The column names Jobber writes are the ones we look for, so there is usually nothing to match by hand. We show you what is new, what you already have and what the file repeats before anything is saved.
Those do not come across, and to be straight about it, nobody in this category imports them from anyone else. Jobber does not import them from another system either. What we do bring is open balances: a customer who owes you money arrives with an unpaid invoice already raised.
No, and do not. Run both for a couple of weeks. Export while your subscription is still live, because exports get harder once an account lapses.
A second person puts you on Crew at $79 a month, which includes five crew logins. The sixth login moves you to Pro at $149. There is no per-person charge at any point.
